| 摘 要： | 推动科技创新是我国经济转型升级的重大战略，而其中金融支持对科技创新有重要推动作用。本文对宝鸡市知识产权融资具体案例进行分析，探讨了其中政府、银行、企业等参与主体的角色作用，总结出多方协作治理、构建交易平台、破除信息障碍、融资风险补偿等有益经验。

| Abstract: | Promoting the scientific and technologic innovation is a significant strategy for China’s economic transformation and upgrading, and the financial support plays an important driving role in scientific and technologic innovation. The paper analyzes the specific case of intellectual property rights financing in Baoji city, discusses the role of the participating parties such as the govern-ment, banks and enterprises, and summarizes the useful experience such as collaborative governance, building the trading platform, breaking information barriers and financing risk compensation and so on. |
