摘    要:2013年国内经济整体增速放缓,经济风险、区域风险、行业风险加重,依赖以往顺周期形势下的规模扩张模式已难以为继,国内城商行2013年整体经营情况发生实质性转变。在与业内标杆城商行KPI的对比分析中,样本城商行无论在规模增速、净利增速,还是在盈利能力、资产质量管控方面都表现出较为明显的下降趋势。而在利率市场化加速推进、融资脱媒深化的大背景下,样本城商行大力开拓中间业务,手续费及佣金净收入占比有所上升。未来样本城商行应提升传统业务管理水平,积极探索直接融资业务;全面强化风险管控机制,增强新形势下应对风险能力;不断强化流程创新,着力推动向"流程银行"转变。

Abstract:In 2013, the overall domestic economic growth is slowing, economic risk, regional risk and industrial risk are aggravat-ing, it is unsustainable to rely on the scale expansion pattern under the circumstance of previous pro-cyclical situation, and the overall operating conditions of domestic urban commercial banks in 2013 have changed substantively. Making the contrastive analysis on KPI of benchmarking urban commercial banks, the sample urban commercial banks take on an obvious declining trend in scale growth, net profit growth, profitability and asset quality management and control. Under the background of accelerating interest rate marketization and deepening financial disintermediation, sample urban commercial banks actively develop intermediary business, and handling fee and commission income proportion have increased in some degree. In the future, sample urban commercial banks should enhance the level of the traditional business management, and actively explore direct financing business;comprehensively strengthen risk manage-ment and control mechanism, and enhance the ability to cope with the risk under the new situation;strengthen the process innovation, and strive to push to be changed as a“process bank”.
