国内外环氧氯丙烷生产应用及市场分析

摘    要:对国内外环氧氯丙烷生产技术发展动向和市场供需作了综述。认为环氧氯丙烷作为重要有机原料品种之一,在我国发展前景看好。指出在现行生产工艺中,醋酸烯丙酯(或烯丙醇法)技术经济性差,氯丙烯法则对环境有污染,因而从人类社会可持续发展出发,应将以钛系催化剂为基础的环氧氯丙烷合成作为今后技术开发目标。

Abstract:Based on review of the developing trend of ECH producing process and its market supply and demand situation both at home and abroad, this paper held that as one of the important organic material varieties, ECH had an optimistic prospect in China. It was pointed out that in the current ECH production processes, allyl acetate route(or allyl alcohol route)is poor in techno economics, while allyl chloride route generates pollution to the environment. Therefore, Ti Catalyst based ECH Synthesis should be the research direction in the future to win the sustainable development of human beings.
