| 摘 要： | 针对我国农业分散、农业科技成果转化率低的现实国情,科技部等"八部委"联合打造农业科技创业链。我国科技创业链政策应在基础活动环节和辅助活动环节进行创新,优化运行机制,做大做强粮食产业,更好地维护粮食安全。

| Abstract: | China was facing the low rate of transforming the agricultural technology to practical use,lots of policies was implemented by the government to encourage the science and technology commissioner down to the rural areas and form the interest-sharing groups with peasants to accelerate the rate of technology transforming and build the entrepreneur chain.China’s policy on the science and technology entrepreneur chain requires to create in basic stages and assistant stages,optimize running mechanism,strengthen grain industry and ensure grain safety. |
