With the rapid and consistent development China economic,the country’s storage of foreign exchange has been augmented considerably and the strength of domestic enterprise has been advanced.Under the background,it is urgent to promote outward foreign direct investment by China.In view of the scale and tough situation of outward foreign direct investment,this paper bases on the overseas Chinese and looks forward to bringing benefit for the development of outward foreign direct investment.
