浅谈高职院校兼职教师管理工作的提升方法

随着高职院校服务地方经济社会发展功能的加强,单一的专任教师队伍已不能满足高职院校人才培养模式的需要,因此要加强兼职教师队伍建设,充分发挥其师资力量,对于促进高职教育的发展有着十分重要的意义。可以从当前兼职教师对高职教育事业发展的作用及管理存在问题进行分析,结合学校的实际,提出几点加强管理的方法。
