| 摘 要： | 企业集团要做好财务管理工作必须高度重视财务信息的时效性、真实性及传递的成本效益原则。从信息理论的角度分析，能够满足以上三原则的财务管理模式应该是建立在网络技术基础上的，在集权基础上适当分权，集中与分散巧妙结合的集中化财务管理模式。采用集中化财务管理模式必须进一步加强财务信息的管理。
