新型原油含水分析仪的引进与应用

GB260《石油产品水分测定法》是目前普遍采用的一种油井含水率测定方法,但在现场应用中存在配套器具和操作程序较多、化验时间长、安全性差、需消耗溶剂油,非节能环保等问题。江苏油田试采一厂引进的按照GB/T6533《原油中水和沉淀物测定法（离心法）》制作的新型原油含水分析仪,通过现场应用,不仅数据准确度满足规范要求,而且工作效率高,与配套的样桶清洗装置应用,具有安全、节能、健康、环保等多种效果。

Introduction and Application of the New Type Analyzer about Water Content of Crude

GB 260 ＂Determination Method about Water of Petroleum Products＂ is one method generally adopted at present to determine the water content of crude well. However, there are some problems in the practical application such as more supporting sets of equipment and operation sequences, the longer period of laboratory work, the poor property of security, the more consumption of solvent naphtha and no energy-saving environment. The First Oil Production Factory of Jiangsu Oilfields has introduced the new type analyzer about water content of crude, which is made according to GB 6533 ＂Determination Method of Water and Precipitate in Crude （Centrifugation）＂. Through the field application, it is proved that this new analyzer has not only high accuracy of data satisfying the requirement of standards, but also shows the high efficiency of work, and possesses the effect of safety, energy-saving, health and environment protection when it is used together with the cleaning equipment of sample tank.
