港澳资企业对珠三角城市投资环境的评价——基于2010年问卷调查数据的实证分析

本文通过对港澳资企业问卷调查数据的实证分析,得出港澳资企业对珠三角7市投资环境的综合评价及影响评价的因素。分析显示,影响港澳资企业对投资环境评价的主导因素有4个:制度因素、物价水平、基础环境和交通状况。具体来说,港澳资企业认为珠海的投资环境最佳,深圳和广州最差。

The assessment of Hong Kong,Macao enterprises to cities’ investment environment in Pearl River Delta——based on the empirical analysis of questionnaire survey conducted among Hong Kong,Macao enterprises in 2010

This study conducts an empirical analysis according to the data of the questionnaire investigation which The Center for Studies of Hong Kong,Macao and Pearl River Delta did in 2010,draws conclusions about the ranking of seven cities’ investment environment and influencing factors.We find that four factors have mainly influence on the evaluation of the enterprises to the investment environment of cities,they are: institution,price,fundamental construction,and correspondent.Among seven cities,Zhuhai city won a highest evaluation,comparatively Guangzhou and Shenzhen city won lower evaluation.
