| 摘 要： | 从嘉兴市区物业管理行业的现状入手,通过对住宅小区物业管理存在的主要问题,特别是物业管理收费难、小区停车难、老住宅小区物业管理实施难和小区维修改造经费缺额大、品牌物业管理企业缺乏等问题展开深入剖析,就政府和企业层面提出推进物业管理业发展的对策和建议。
