农业高效节水灌溉规划理念与方法——以河北省太行山、燕山山丘带为例

河北省山丘区农业灌溉水有效利用水平很低,农业灌溉水资源浪费严重,有针对性地编制高效节水灌溉工程规划,对区域经济社会发展和水资源保护具有重要意义。在分析该省当前山丘带面临的农业灌溉问题与水资源平衡状况的基础上,围绕体系建设,提出了农业高效节水灌溉规划理念与相关标准,以及规划的内容与技术路线。提出的理念与方法对当地水资源的可持续利用、促进经济社会的可持续发展有一定借鉴作用。

Planning idea and method for agricultural efficient water-saving irrigation:case of Taihang-yanshan mountains in Hebei Province

Irrigation water has not been effectively used and water resources waste is rather serious in hilly area of Hebei Province, thus it is of great significance to address these issues by preparing a plan on high-efficient water saving irrigation project to protect regional economic and social development and its water resources. Based on the current issues with agricultural irrigation and imbalances in demand and supply of water resources, the idea and relating standards of planning a highly efficient water saving project are put forward, as well as its main contents and technological route. The presented ideas and methods could be a reference for local sustainable utilization of water resources as well as social and economic development.
