| 摘 要： | 供应链管理(SCM)已经被证明是一种有效增强企业竞争优势的管理方法。供应链中的各成员构成一个组合的虚拟实体,在各成员所有权归属不一致的情况下,如何促成各成员之间的有效合作就显得十分重要。从各成员之间信息共享、决策协调、相互进行专有资产投资、建立有效的交流沟通机制、扩大绩效评估范围五个方面探讨增强供应链成员之间合作的方法,从而增强供应链成员之间的合作。

| Abstract: | Supply chain management (SCM) has been proved to be an effective method to build up corporations' competitive advantages. Members of supply chain integrate a virtue entity. For the inconsistent proprietorship, how to promote their efficient operation is very important. This paper expounds this in five aspects: information sharing, concerted decision-making, mutual investment, efficient communication mechanism, expanding performance evaluation, etc. |
