| 摘 要： | 武汉市私营企业发展的对策包括进一步解放思想，切实更新观念；完善有关法律法规。为私营企业快速发展提供法律保障；彻底消除歧视，创造公平竞争环境；转变政府职能，加强服务、引导、扶持和监管；选择适宜的企业制度和合适的管理方式等九个方面的内容。
