| 摘 要： | 文章以南京市玄武区珠江路园区为例,分析了知识产权保护工作中地方政府的能力范围,对目前产权保护工作中打击盗版的效果提出质疑,同时通过科技创新,分析地方政府与中央政府在知识产权保护中的分工,认为双方对事权的清晰界定有助于两者各司其职,而后达到共同的目标.
