| 摘 要： | 山西省戏剧研究所于1998年在原有图书资料室的基础上又细化分设了图书档案室。本文结合作者多年资料管理工作实际经验，从三个方面论证了科研图书档案工作的重要性，阐述了如何满足科研学术资料需求方面对应的积极有效措施。
