The overall situation and hundred years ofhistory ofFluor Corp., the world＇s leading intemational contractor, were introduced, as well as the ENR ranking for Fluor in past five years. The business components and market distribution were analyzed. Two major success factors of knowledge management and sustainability management were summarized. Three aspects of specialization, resources, security were proposed as references for the purpose of long-term development of Chinese construction enterprises.
