| Abstract: | The traditional structure of corporate governance is effective in Japan,but it has a lot of demerit in the process of economic globalization.Facing with the current economic situation,Japanese corporation has been reforming its traditional structure of corporate governace and taking American pattern as a model. It is most important for perfecting structure of corporate governace in our country that we analyse the state of Japanese corporate governace. |
