| 摘 要： | 根据《纺织品和服装协议》的规定,纺织品和服装贸易已于2005年5月1日实现完全自由化。但“绿色壁垒”对国际贸易的影响也就日益凸现。本文探究了绿色壁垒产生的根源和历史背景。着重研究绿色壁垒对我国纺织品和服装出口贸易的影响,并提出WTO框架下应对纺织品服装贸易“绿色壁垒”的相关措施。

| Abstract: | According to Textile and Clothing Agreement,the textile and the clothing will realize trade liberalization in January,2005,while "green barrier" will have more and more influence on international trade.This article discusses the origin and historic background of "green barrier" and its influence on the export trade in China,and proposes corresponding measures under the WTO frame. |
