目前,我国企业集团的发展不尽如人意。企业集团凝聚力不强、盲目引进、重复建设、资金管理混乱、利润分配不合理、财务监控形同虚设、财务管理漏洞百出。要解决这些问题,必须设计科学的财务治理结构,配备合理的财务人员,建立完善的财务管理体制、有效的监督机制和效绩评价体系,制定严密的财务规章制度以及现代化的财务管理手段。
