| 摘 要： | 我国台湾地区的外汇管理制度，经过激进型改革后，实现新台币汇率自由化，并加快了国际金融中心的建设。本文在归纳了台湾地区这方面的过程与特点之后，对我国大陆相关外汇管理改革的深化，以实现人民币在资本项目中的可兑换，作了系统的探讨。
