| Abstract: | Higher Educational Institutions （HEIs）, as a place where high-level and high quality talents converge, are tasked with the formidable mission of basic research, application study and research and development, and create large numbers of science and technology achievements. Based on the status quo and characteristics of HEIs＇ sci-tech research management work, starting by mechanism innovation, the article probes the transformation ways and channels for promoting scientific research fruits in HEIs. |
