| 摘 要： | 发展水运是长江流域经济发展的客观要求,但长江建桥热严重阻滞了流域经济发展.要理顺河桥关系,充分认识长江水运的特殊性,正确理解<内河通航标准>,牢固树立综合优势观,努力克服河桥矛盾,并加强对长江已建桥梁的控制管理.

| Abstract: | Development of water transport is the objective requirement of economic development in Yangtze River basin but the busy construction of bridges in Yangtze River basin hampers the economic development in the basin. We should correctly deal with the relationship between the fiver and bridges, understand the characteristics of water transport, correctly implement Inland Navigation Standards, put up comprehensive advantage outlook, overcome the contradiction between fiver and bridges and reinforce the control and management of the built bridges over Yangtze River. |
