| Abstract: | To start with the concept,mode and motivation of open innovation,this paper reviews the theoretical study and empirical research on the relationship between open innovation and enterprise competitive advantage,and then points out that the deficiency of the existing research,the enlightenment for management practice and the future research directions. |
