摘    要:随着世界经济一体化的日趋发展和知识经济时代的到来,高素质的核心员工已成为关乎企业生存与发展的重要资源,是同类企业间相互竞争的重要筹码,由此引发的对该类人员的稳定、吸引乃至争夺也愈演愈烈。该文从核心员工特征、流失原因及风险、留人理念及方法探索的角度,探讨如何留住核心员工。

Abstract:Along with the day-by-day development of economic integration in the world and the arrival of knowledge economy era, the core staffs with high quality become important resources that will affect the existence & development of an enterprise, and important counters that will affect competition between enterprises with the same trade or business. The core staffs' stabilization, attraction and contest become sharper and sharper. This article approaches keeping core staffs from different angles, such as core staffs' characteristic, run-off reason and risk, the opinion and method of retaining talent.
