中国各地区市场化进程差异对收入分配的影响

1978年以来中国从计划经济向市场经济转轨的改革过程中，在经济自由度取得举世瞩目的成就的同时，不同地区收入水平的差距呈不断加大趋势，引起社会的广泛关注。本文通过理论分析了近10年来中国市场化进程与地区收入水平的内在联系。为实证考察市场化对地区分配的影响机制，本文构建了一套针对中国经济体制改革进程的市场化创新度量指数，并以此揭示出各地区市场化进程差异与收入分配失衡的相关性特征。最后根据实证结果归纳了若干缓解这一制度转型过程中经济结构性失衡问题的启示和建议。

The Impact of China's Regional Marketization Difference on the Income Distribution among Different Areas

Ever since the launch of institutional reform from central planning economy to market-oriented economy in 1978,China has witnessed spectacular economic growth and liberalization.However the gaps of regional incomes turned to be increasingly wider,which has become a crucial social problem.This paper makes a theoretical analysis on the intrinsic relationship between marketization and regional difference of residence income.Furthermore,by the vehicle of an innovative economic freedom index,it explores the influence mechanisms of marketization on the regional incomes.The overall empirical results help to draw some constructive implications on how to alleviate and solve this structural disequilibrium in the course of economic transition.
