论中国外资银行监管措施中的国民待遇问题

The National Treatment towards Supervision on Foreign Banks in China

In the process of supervising foreign banks, it is an essential matter to understand the national treatment given to foreign banks on which special measures have been enforced by the Chinese government.This article demonstrates the idea that it is the branches and the representative departments of foreign banks enjoying the right of the national treatment excluding foreign sole ownership banks and Chinese-foreign joint venture banks,which in turn help clarify the inaccuracy by the society.Meanwhile,it further explains the importance of accelerating the uniformity,in the framework of WTO,of the supervision standard on both the foreign and domestic banks,as well as that how to create a fair competition environment for foreign banks and execute special supervision measures thus derived,etc.
