| 摘 要： | 通过安徽省黄山区桃源村、文祥村农户参与森林管理能力建设的案例和访谈资料分析,林改后农户参与森林管理的意愿增加,但参与森林管理的途径和方式、能力等都有限,需要进一步加强农户参与森林管理的政策设计,通过针对性的培训可以提高农户参与森林管理的能力。
