中国副省级城市综合竞争力评价与比较

城市竞争力的研究已成为热门的课题,其研究对城市乃至其所在区域的发展具有十分重要的意义。在阐明城市综合竞争力内涵的基础上,从综合经济竞争力、交流开放竞争力、科技创新竞争力、社会环境综合竞争力等4个方面,共选取具有代表性的24个核心指标,构建了城市综合竞争力评价指标体系,运用线性加权函数和模糊隶属度函数模型测算出我国15个副省级城市综合竞争力,并对各个城市的分项竞争力和综合竞争力进行比较分析,为科学制定城市与地区社会经济发展战略提供理论依据。

An Evaluation and Comparison of Synthetic Competitive Ability of Associate Provincial Cities in China

The study on city competitive ability has become a hot subject,as it is important to the development of cities and the local area.By clarifying the connotation of city synthetic competitive ability,the paper selectes 24 typical and core indexes from four aspects:synthetic economic competitive ability,intercourse and development competitive ability,scientific and technical innovation competitive ability,synthetic competitive ability of society and environment.Based on this index system,the paper finds out the synthetic competitive ability of 15 associate provincial cities in China with some models of comparative analysis singular and synthetic competitive ability in each city.Thus it provides the theoretic fundation to design societal and economic development stratagem of cities and regions.
