With the rapid development of society,institutions of higher learning management in China is faceing great challenges of innovation.In view of this phenomenon,we have to substitute for our traditional concept implement internationalization,management,internationalization of higher learning,management by law and humanistic management in order to facilitate the innovation in universities.At the same time,it's also a best way to innovate upon the institutions of higher learning management if its management can be socialized and democratized to improve the campus culture and the internal incentive mechanism with the purpose of setting up an academic research-oriented administration structure.
