| 摘 要： | 在城市化进程中仅仅是公共性的社区服务已经不能满足社区居民的需要,社区服务中心和企业应意识到当今多样化和多层次的商业服务是社区居民所求。本文分析了社区服务商业化的内涵及其必要性,并根据社区服务中心、企业、居民之间的合作关系设计出适合社区服务商业化发展的三角模式。

| Abstract: | During the urbanization process only community public service is unable to meet the community residents' need.Community service center and the enterprises should realize today's community residents need diverse and multi-level business services.This paper analyzes the connotation and necessity of the community service commercialization,and designs triangular model to develop the community service business according the co-operation relation between community service centers,enterprises and residents. |
