出版产业核心竞争力探析

摘    要:全球化时代,出版产业竞争力作为一种文化软实力,是提升一国国际竞争力的重要途径。精准的战略规划力,独到的编辑创新力,敏锐的市场开拓力,强大的品牌营销力,深远的文化传播力是出版产业核心竞争力的构成要素。出版产业的核心竞争力应从出版集团化、人才复合化和经营创新化三个方面培育:出版集团化是出版产业做大做强,培育与提升核心竞争力的助推器;人才复合化是出版产业核心竞争力的保障,出版产业要"以人为本",培养"德、能、识"兼备的复合型人才;经营创新化是维系出版产业核心竞争力的法宝。

Abstract:In this globalization era,the core competence of the publishing industry is regarded as a kind of cultural soft power,which is the essential part of the national international competitiveness.Its integrant parts includes: the proper and strategic planning competence,the original and creative competence in editing section,the keen competence in market development and promotion,the strong brand marketing competence,and the profound cultural dissemination power.There are three royal ways to build the core competence of the publishing industry,such as to build intensified publishing units,to train the publishing managers,editors,officers,and promoters to be more versatile and professional,and to strengthen the creative management in publishing industry.
