| 摘 要： | 不当惩罚,是指与学生违纪行为的危害性不相称的惩罚.不当惩罚不利于学生的社会化,其主要是由法律制度不完善,教师个人素质不高,以及家长的默许、容忍和社会监督不力等因素造成的.避免不当惩罚的对策有:完善法律制度,提高教师的素质,完善惩罚监督和救济机制以及注重惩罚实施的艺术等.

| Abstract: | The improper punishment is the one that isn't fit for the perniciousness of the pupil's violating activities of the discipline.The improper punishment isn't propitious for the pupil's socialization.It is mainly caused by imperfect laws and institutions,defects in teachers' own qualities,connivance and tolerance of parents,and poor social supervision.The countermeasures of avoiding improper punishment have perfecting laws and institutions,enhancing teachers' own qualities,perfecting the mechanism of the supervisory and relief,and paying attention to the implement skills. |
