资源型行业实施危机管理研究--以我国煤炭行业目前实施危机管理为例

危机是“转机与恶化的分水岭”，危机管理是企业和行业健康发展的必由之路。煤炭行业危机管理有紧迫性、灵活性和预防性等特点。目前在我国煤炭行业管理中，存在一些问题，需要以危机管理的意识、方法和手段实施管理。行业协会应促进政府职能的转变，维护合理的市场结构，促进技术革新和人力资源的管理、促进行业拓展与行业联合，有效实施煤炭行业危机管理。

Enforcement of Crisis Management in Resource Industries--Taking the crisis management o f coal industry of our country

Crisis management is the only way for the sound development of the enterprises and industries. Crisis management of coal industry is usually characterized as being urgent,flexible and preventative. There have been some problems in China's coal industry management which must be tackled with consciousness and means of crisis management.The trade union should promote the transition of government's function, defend rational structure the market, promote technological innovation and management of the human resources, promote the expanding of the whole industry and coalition within the industry and implement the effective crisis management in coal industry.
