2006年中国金融政策执行效果分析

本文在对2006年中国宏观经济运行情况、执行的主要金融政策、金融市场运行及政策效果进行全面分析的基础上，对2007中国的宏观经济形势进行了分析和预测，并对应执行的金融政策提出了建议。2006年中国经济增长的总体水平较上年提高，运行轨迹呈现先升后降、高位趋稳态势；中国金融市场总体运行平稳，市场成交保持活跃，呈现出持续、快速和健康发展的良好势头，各项金融政策取得了较好的效果。2007年中国应继续执行稳健的货币政策，深化汇率制度改革，鼓励和支持扩大消费信贷业务，完善住房贷款定价机制，加强金融市场制度建设。

The Effects of China''''s Financial Policies Implemented in 2006

Based on the analysis of the operations of China's macroeconomic,main financial policies implemented,operations of financial market and effects of financial policies of 2006,we make our forecast on China's macroeconomic trend and put some suggestions on the financial policies that should be implemented in 2007.The quality of China's economic growth of 2006 was higher than last year's,and the track of the economic growth went up at first,then it come down a little and stayed steady at high level at last.China's financial market performed steadily and presented the trend of continuous,fast and healthy development while trading was prosperous,and every financial policy implemented had good effect in 2006.China should continue to implement steady monetary policy,deepen the reform of exchange rate regime,encourage and support banks to expand consumer's credit,perfect the pricing regime of loan,and strengthen institution constructions of financial market in 2007.
