| 摘 要： | 通过对各时期"五年计划"指标和完成情况的对比分析,指出传统计划体制的局限性,强调区域政策在国家发展规划中的重要作用;通过考察历次五年计划中关于区域发展规划的内容,揭示我国区域政策随宏观经济管理思想的变化.基于以上分析,提出了进一步完善五年规划中区域发展规划的对策建议.
