摘    要:人力资源是企业的战略性资源,因此,企业的人力资源管理对企业的发展也具有战略意义.如何在电力企业实施人才战略,用战略的眼光来把握好人力资源的各个环节,并与企业的发展战略紧紧一致;极大地影响着电力企业的发展.

Abstract:The human resource is the strategic resources of the enterprise, therefore, the human resource management of the enterprise also has the strategic meaning to the development of the enterprise.How carry out the talented person in the electric power enterprise strategy, use the each link that the strategic taste holds the good human resource, and in accordance with the development of the enterprise the strategy tightly tightly, and affect the development of the electric power enterprise.
