企业人力资源管理外包风险及应对策略

摘    要:随着知识经济的高速发展及专业分工的日渐细化,"外包"的应用逐渐被企业所重视.人力资源管理外包(HRMO)作为公司管理中的一项新兴内容,正日益显示出高速的成长性和市场潜力.它给企业带来了很多便利和收益,但也隐藏着如安全性、企业文化沟通、企业内部管理、信息不对称等诸多风险.企业可以采取合理选择服务商、建立有效的监控机制、加强与服务商的交流沟通、加强企业内部管理等策略来应对这些风险.

Abstract:With the high speed development of technological economics and increasing breakup of specialization, apply outsourcing are valued gradually by enterprise. As a new and developing content of enterprise direction, HRMO are displaying the high speed mature and market potentiality. It brings a lot of convenient and revenue, but it also conceals much risk as safety, culture communication of enterprise, inside manage of enterprise, not even information. Enterprises may take available countermeasures of defending risk as rational opting attendant, setting up an effective controlling mechanism, strengthening communication with attendant, strengthening inside manage of enterprises.
