社会养老支出与经济增长的地区差异互动研究——基于省际面板数据的实证分析

运用面板单位根、面板协整和误差修正模型实证分析我国地区人均社会养老保障支出和地区经济发展的关系,结果发现人均社会养老保障支出与人均地区生产总值之间存在协整关系,二者相辅相成、相互促进,因此,中央和各地方政府应大力发展经济,缩小地区差异,加大社会养老保障支出,完善社会养老保障制度,努力实现快速经济增长对社会养老保障支出增长的拉动作用和由社会养老保障支出地区均等化带来的地区经济协调发展的良性循环。

Relationship Between Regional Disparity in Economic Growth and Social Endowment Expenditures

This article uses panel unit root testing,panel co-integration and error correction model to empirically analyze the relationship between the regional disparity in economic development and the social endowment expenditure per capita in China.The result shows that there is a co-integration between the social endowment expenditure per capita and the GDP per capita.The two indexes are closely related.Therefore the central government and the local governments shall try to develop the economy,narrow the regional economic gap,increase the social endowment expenditures,and improve the social endowment system so as to enable the rapid economic growth to fuel the social endowment expenditures and the coordinated economic development in different regions.
