| Abstract: | In recent decades,developed countries have been paying more and more attentions to the development of their SMEs,and managing to construct a system for these firms' development.For SMEs,the technical support in England,the government purchasing support in America,the credit-guarantee support in Germany,the financial support in Japan,are all useful references for constructing supportive system in the Chinese SMEs. |
