The Coordination of Industrial Structure Adjustment and Spatial Structure Optimization of Urban under the Low Carbon Traget:Taking Hangzhou as an Example

With the low energy consumption,low pollution and low-emission characteristics,the low-carbon economic development model has became the direction of urban development transformation.Under the low-carbon target,the key of urban development transformation is the coordination of industrial structure adjustment and spatial structure optimization.This article analysis the experience and problems of the coordination of Hangzhou and draw inspiration and policy recommendations.
