河南省企业自主创新能力评价、比较及提升对策

运用层次分析法对河南企业自主创新能力进行评价，结果发现：高技术行业或高技术依附型行业自主创新能力较强，大型、微型企业自主创新能力相对较强，而中小型企业自主创新能力较弱，呈现哑铃型分布，设有高技术产业园区或工业园区的地区企业自主创新能力一般较强。因此，建议应做好企业自主创新的产业和空间布局，并从人才政策、投融资体系、创新激励、创新服务政策等几个方面出台具体措施，以促进河南企业自主创新能力有效提升。

Evaluation, Comparison and Promotion of Independent Innovation Ability of Enterprises in Henan Province
