果蔬市场流通效率与制度设计——基于交易费用视角和SCM理论的分析

随着产业化进程的加快，我国果蔬业出现了流通不畅、交易主体组织化程度偏低、中间环节过多、流通损耗严重等一系列问题。本文从交易费用的视角，运用SCM理论对当前我国果蔬市场存在的几种模式，即种植者直接参与的初级市场型流通模式、合作社参与的半市场型流通模式以及一体化型流通模式进行效率分析，论证果蔬产业流通市场存在交易费用过高、供应链条过长等问题，最后提出了新型果蔬市场流通模式．并给出了政策建议。

Circulation Efficiency and System Design in Fruit and Vegetable Market——Based on Angle of Transaction Cost and SCM Theory

With the speedup of the industrialization, there are a series of problems in fruits and vegetables industry in our country, such as that the circulation is not smooth, systematism level of trade subject is low, there is too much intermediate link and the loss in the circulation is serious and so on. Using the SCM theory, the author analyzed the efficiency of the primary market circulation mode which the planter participate in directly in fruit and vegetable market, the market circulation mode which the cooperatives participates in and the integrative circulation mode from angle of the transaction cost, and demonstrated the question that the transaction cost was too high in the fruits and vegetables circulation market and supply chain in fruit and vegetable circulation market was too long, then proposed innovative mode of the fruits and vegetables circulation and put forward the policy recommendations finally.
