| 摘 要： | 从制度经济学视角切入CEPA框架,对内地与港澳信息服务业的一体化发展进行研究,重点考察三地信息服务业更紧密关系安排的一体化制度绩效。研究结果表明:CEPA的服务贸易制度安排推动了香港与内地服务贸易的结构转型与升级,促进了三地的贸易投资与合作,产生了良好的制度绩效,不仅实现了信息成本节约,间接创造了信息供给,还直接促进了管理咨询、信息技术咨询与增值服务、软件服务、相关知识教育服务等相关信息服务业的发展。
