| 摘 要： | 我国农村市场潜力巨大,在城乡统筹发展的背景下,建立和完善城乡商贸流通体系已成为发展现代商贸流通业的重要组成部分。基于我国城乡商贸网络布局不合理、现代物流配套服务差距大、农村基础设施建设和金融服务落后等现实,应通过在农村发展多层次的商贸流通服务网络、整合和推广信息技术服务、发展现代物流服务模式、完善农村金融服务机构和提升服务水平等,构建城乡双向流动的商贸服务体系。
