| 摘 要： | 经济增长中的人力资本效应与人力资本投入规模、知识外溢和市场容量有着密切关系。综合考虑上述因素构建理论模型对珠江三角洲城市面板数据的实证分析表明:从人力资本对总产出的贡献数值及其演变趋势来看,人力资本水平的提升能够显著地促进珠三角经济增长,且其效应逐年递增;从人力资本产出弹性与物质资本、劳动投入产出弹性的比较来看,人力资本的产出弹性为正且呈不断上升趋势,珠三角经济增长面临由物质资本和劳动投入数量驱动向物质资本和人力资本驱动的转变。
