摘    要:迈入新世纪,具有中国特色的住宅开发建设正面临一场新的革命。从规划设计、建筑设计、户型设计、建材采用到功能和质量等方面要求越来越高,作为房地产开发企业首要的要求是工期短,投资效益好。针对房地产项目的这些情况,必须对项目投资实施全过程有效的成本控制,从组织、技术、经济、合同与信息等方面,挖掘潜力,降低成本,提高投资效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Entering the new century, the Chinese characteristic residence development is facing a new revolution. Factors such as the planning and design, architectural design, house design, materials choosing and the function and quality are calling for a greater improvement. The basic requirements for real estate enterprise is the short duration and beneficial investment. Accounting for the situation of real estate project, cost control of the whole process of investment and implementation should be effectively controlled. From aspects such as organization, technology, economy, contract and information, we should explore the potential; reduce costs to improve investment returns and social benefits.
