关于我国民间借贷问题的探讨

民间借贷的发展,一方面是由于存在着金融抑制、交易中的信息不对称以及对中小企业而言的低成本;另一方面,数量庞大的民间资本亦为其提供了丰厚的土壤。民间借贷虽然具有一定积极作用,但是对其存在的问题不容忽视。文章对此作了较为深入的分析,并提出一些对策建议供有关部门参考。
