| 摘 要： | 中国的住房公积金制度经过了近20年的运行与发展,为中国的住房制度改革做出了重大的贡献,但是近几年也逐渐暴露出了一些问题,难以适应新时期经济和金融环境的变化,从而导致其基础功能的缺失,如何发挥其住房保障功能值得我们深入研究,构建全国性的住房公积金模式或许是一种现实选择。

| Abstract: | China's housing accumulation fund system has operated and developed for nearly 20 years,which has made a significant contribution to China's housing reform.However,in recent years,it has gradually revealed a number of problems and cannot adapt to the new changes of economic and financial environment,and sometimes cannot obtain well effects of its basic functions.How to play the housing security function should be well studied,and how to build a national housing fund model may be a realistic solution. |
