| 摘 要： | 简要回顾了2011年1季度宏观经济、电力需求和电煤消费的相关情况，对迎峰度夏期间电煤供需形势进行了分析展望，预计届时全国电煤供需将呈“基本平衡，局部紧张”的基本格局。针对电煤供需形势及问题，对政府、发电企业、煤炭生产企业及电网企业提出了若干对策建议。
