西部资源开发与私营企业成长的关系研究

西部资源产业被赋予重要的战略意义。然而，如肯定市场化水平及私营企业成长在很大程度上决定地区经济发展绩效这一前提假定，则这种增长模式存在隐忧。本文利用西部12个省区1998-2008年分省面板数据，检验了资源开发战略对地区私营企业成长的负效应及其作用机制。研究发现，随着西部地区产业结构不断向资源产业集中，经济中国有企业的规模居高不下、地方政府的经济干预活动频繁、居民收入水平增长缓慢、地区制造业发展受到抑制，在客观上延缓了西部地区的市场化进程和私营企业的成长，可能会伤害到地区可持续发展的基础。

A Study on the Relationship between the Resource Development Strategy in Western China and the Growth of the Private Sector
